I have been interested in the paranormal for as long as I can remember, but it was when me and my father moved into a house on Milwaukee way, 5 residences from where I currently reside. Strange things started to happen to me. When I was alone, doors would slam shut and lock, I would hear banging on the walls, I would always feel like I was being watched, I would see movement out of the corner of my eyes like someone was there, and when I would look no one was. One day I was in the shower, The door slammed shut, The light bulb burst into pieces, pure darkness in the windowless room, I felt a heavy presence, felt very uneasy and scared jumped out of the shower, and was out of there in just my towel. My dad always took me for crazy, that is up until the point things started happening when he was alone. The dryer would turn on, which required the push of a button to operate, the doors would slam and lock, as I previously stated. "Yeah I am not so crazy am I"? I said. Since then I have always wanted to find out the secrets of the afterlife, I am a firm believer, and always looking to help anyone dealing with a haunting because I know just how uneasy it can be, The unfamiliar. I created S.L.P.I a free service, to help those come to terms, and maybe feel less frightened. Or even debunk what they thought was a spirit and really just natural causes.
